Our Management Advancement Plans ‘M.A.P.’ our courses according to their competencies - and can be used as a basis to create your development programme. The Maps cover the areas of Personal Effectiveness, People Management and Business Strategy, and each Map contains around 45 courses.

The task of choosing which courses answer your development needs is simplified through the use of our Competency Picker. When you have decided which competencies need developing, our consultants will take you through the Competency Picker to discover which courses (or select pieces of courses) match what you require. This lean approach means more time is available to be spent with our consultants developing the material to suit your organisation.
