How our courses are structured:
Each Synergy course has an overall competency, and is constructed using a modular approach: each module, or 'unit' of learning is modelled on Kolb's 4 Stage Cycle of Learning.
In addition, every activity within each unit has a competency. As delegates progress through the course, they collate evidence that they have achieved each competency, which can be used in the accreditation process.
Creating your bespoke training course:
So that you can quickly and easily select which units/competencies you want to include in your course(s) we have designed an electronic Competency Picker. This tightens your focus down without flooding you with information, enabling you to create the course(s) which will be most appropriate to your development plans.
The units can also be developed to include or exclude competencies, and remodelled to suit the level of delegate you want to target. This means you get exactly the training you want and need – with no unnecessary information cluttering the course.
To ensure the training is relevant to your delegates, and has your company’s ‘look and feel’, we can write materials specifically for your business – for example industry related case studies – and include your company logo.
